Good questions
All FAQs- Does the price include duties and taxes?
- No. Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are paid by the receiver on delivery. Many countries charge little or nothing on used personal belongings, and each destination guide explains the rules.
- Why does box size change the price?
- Express carriers bill on actual weight or on size (dimensional weight), whichever is greater. A big box of pillows is billed on its size; a small box of books on its weight. Our quote shows which applies, so you can pick the box that costs least.
- How does pickup work?
- You choose a pickup day and time window when you book. Print the labels we email you, tape one to each box, and hand the boxes to the courier at your door.
- How should I value used belongings?
- Declare what each item is worth today, not what you paid. A fair second-hand value is right for used clothes, books and household goods. Undervaluing can delay a shipment or lead to penalties.
